Info for Patients
Dr Lee's waiting list can be long. However, we will ensure that sick patients and urgent requests are accommodated and we will endeavour to schedule your appointment with Dr Lee in a timely manner, so please contact us.
On the day of your appointment, we would appreciate it if you could bring along:
- A referral letter (if required; our secretaries will inform you if one is needed)
- Medicare and private health fund cards
- Copies of blood tests results, chest x-rays, ECGs, CT scans, MRIs, and any other information that may be relevant
- A list of your current medications and allergies
Dr Lee often runs on time. However, medical emergencies may result in delays. Our secretaries should be able to give you an estimate of your waiting time. We apologise if we keep you waiting.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please telephone us at least 1 day in advance so that we can offer your appointment time to other patients on Dr Lee's waiting list.
